This page explains how subscriptions work, how to cancel, and how refunds are handled.

Subscription structure

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider, Paddle. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel any time from the Plans & billing page inside your account, which opens your billing portal with Paddle. You can also manage your subscription directly at paddle.net.

What happens after cancellation

  • You keep paid access until the end of your current billing period.
  • After that, your account moves to the free plan. Your saved checks stay in your account; editing and exports may be limited based on the free plan.
  • You will not be billed again unless you re-subscribe.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. If you’re not satisfied within 14 days of your first charge, contact us and we’ll arrange a full refund through Paddle.

Outside that window, monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but we’ll always look at requests on a case-by-case basis where there are clear billing errors or technical issues that prevented you from using the service.
