Delivery Profit Calculator (“the service”) is provided by Tayyab Hanif (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Using the service
The service helps restaurant owners check item-level profit, compare delivery channels, and explore pricing changes. You may use it for your own business operations.
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
- Attempt to break, probe, scrape, or interfere with the service or its security.
- Resell or redistribute access to the service.
- Reverse engineer or copy the underlying software.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity under your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions and payment
Some features are only available on a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, see Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details about cancelling and refunds.
No professional advice
The service provides calculations and suggestions based on the numbers you enter. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make using the results.
Intellectual property
We own the service, its software, and its design. Your menu data and saved checks remain yours. You grant us a limited right to host and process that content only to provide the service to you.
Service availability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, fail to pay, or pose a security or fraud risk. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Plans page.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
